The graduation ceremony for this academic year will be held on Saturday, May 24^th, during the 17^th week of this semester. The following adjustments to courses for each grade are requested. Please assist in adjusting the progress or final exam schedules accordingly.

Undergraduate Courses Grade 4: Remedial teaching, make-up exams, or online self-study courses can be arranged during the 18th week. Please avoid scheduling final exams or in-person classes as much as possible.

Graduation Ceremony Rehearsal: The rehearsal is scheduled for the afternoon of Friday, May 23^rd. Fourth-year undergraduate courses should not schedule final exams or final presentations during this time.

Other Grades: For undergraduate courses of grade 1 & 2, if students are serving as graduation ceremony ambassadors or emcees, please also avoid scheduling final exams or final presentations during this time.
