Applying for Course Replacement

update date : 2024-11-06

Explanation

  1. As a student, you have your own specific major course of study. (For details, see Majors, Double Majors, and Minors.) In most situations and most enrollment scenarios, you won’t need to use a Course Replacement application form. The rare exceptions are listed below.
  2. Extended study/transfer students: When you haven’t taken or haven’t passed required course A, you now need to complete course A, but course A is not offered, so the class-opening entity (department, institute, etc.) asks that you take course B instead of course A.
  3. Occasional other students: When you haven’t taken or haven’t passed required course A, you now need to complete course A, but course A is not offered, so the class-opening entity (department, institute, etc.) asks that you take a non-MCUT course instead of course A.
