Guidelines for Classroom AC Cards Distribution

If you're teaching a specialized, common, or general education class in a regular classroom, the school's got your back with AC cards. Just make sure to return them by the end of the semester. Here's the lowdown:

Where to snag your AC card:

• Academic Affairs Office, 3rd floor of the Teaching Building
• Promotion and Development Office, 3rd floor of the Teaching Building
• Mechanical Engineering Department Office, 1st floor of the Mechanical Engineering Building
• General Education Center, 4th floor of the Teaching Building
• Language Center, 4th floor of the Teaching Building

When you get a heads-up, take your ID to the right spot, sign off, and grab your AC card. Check the limit (it's 1,000 NTD).

Come the last week of the semester, drop those cards back where you got 'em.

Lost your card? No biggie. Report it at the original spot (you won't pay for the lost cash inside), but you'll need to cover the 100 NTD card replacement fee.

Running low on card funds? DIY at the General Affairs Office cashier (1st floor of the Teaching Building). No charge. Easy peasy.
