<Exam Rules>

These exam rules will be announced in each course one week before the exam. Students will be notified of the announcement in the email address they use to log into NTU COOL.

The rules are based on the exam regulations and violation handling methods of each partner school, including the following key principles:

1. Students must bring their student ID or national ID card (or a residence permit, passport, driver's license, or national health insurance card with a photo) to the exam and present it for verification by the invigilator.
2. Entry to the exam room is not allowed 20 minutes after the exam starts. Students are not allowed to leave the exam room within the first 40 minutes of the exam without the invigilator's permission.
3. Students are not allowed to bring mobile communication devices or books to their seats. Unless otherwise specified for certain subjects, students may bring one A4-sized sheet of self-prepared notes, with no content restrictions. No other materials are allowed without the invigilator's approval.
4. Students must remain silent during the exam. Any violations or cheating will be penalized according to the severity of the offense, which may include point deductions, no score, expulsion from the exam room, or disqualification from the exam.
5. If it is found that someone outside the exam room or someone other than the student assisted in answering, the exam will be scored as zero.

Note: When students finish their exams and leave the room, they must sign out on the paper attendance sheet.
