Subject: Suspension of Classes for Sports Day Activities

Dear all,

In accordance with the schedule of the 2025 Sports Day, the first, second, and fourth-year classes of the four-year technical day program will suspend classes and participate in the Sports Day activities on April 23rd (Wednesday). Additionally, all master's classes in the day program are requested to attend the opening ceremony (first and second sessions) and the Sports Day activities.

Details:

Ⅰ.Classes suspended for the entire day on April 23rd (Wednesday) include the first, second, and fourth-year classes of the four-year technical day program. For students in other programs who have registered for Sports Day events but are not included in the classes suspended for the entire day, please individually apply for leave through the official procedures.

Ⅱ.All master's classes in the day program are required to attend the opening ceremony (first and second sessions) of the Sports Day. However, attendance at the closing ceremony (seventh to eighth sessions) is not required.

Ⅲ.Teachers scheduled to teach during these periods are requested to adjust their teaching schedules accordingly.

Ⅳ.Sports Day activities are considered part of the regular curriculum. Students unable to participate are required to complete leave procedures in advance.
