Subject: Explanation of Class Suspension Period for Campus Road Race on November 26, 2025

1. In accordance with the 17th Yongqing Cup Campus Road Race of the 114th academic year, all classes of the four-year college day program will be suspended in the afternoon on the day of the event (November 26). Instructors teaching during that period are requested to adjust their teaching schedules accordingly. Students who are absent for personal reasons must submit a leave request covering four periods. Graduate students may choose to participate voluntarily by requesting leave on their own.
2. The event will be adjusted on a rolling basis depending on weather conditions. Any changes to the road race schedule will be announced separately.
