1. From Wednesday to Friday, November 5–7, 2025, multiple sports events will be held on campus. To ensure the quality of formal instruction, some classes originally scheduled in the Gymnasium, Educational Building, and Electronic Engineering Building will be relocated. Please refer to the attached Classroom Adjustment List for details.

2. Courses not listed in the adjustment list are not affected by this announcement and will continue in the original classrooms.

3. The Classroom Adjustment List will be posted on the school homepage and on the doors of the original classrooms for easy reference by faculty and students.

4. In the event of classroom conflicts, the originally scheduled course will have priority access. Please contact the Curriculum Development Division immediately at extensions #2206, #2207, #2208, or #2209 for assistance with classroom arrangements.

5. Assistants in each academic department/program/center are kindly requested to inform part-time instructors of these changes.
