Subject: Suspension of Classes for Sports Day Activities

Dear all,

In accordance with the schedule of the 2026 Sports Day, all in-school classes of the four-year daytime undergraduate program will be suspended on Thursday, April 23, and students are required to participate in the Sports Day activities throughout the day.  Additionally, all master's classes in the day program are requested to attend the opening ceremony (first and second sessions) and participate in the related activities.

Details:

Ⅰ.Classes suspended for the entire day on Thursday, April 23, due to the Sports Day are limited to the in-school classes of all years in the four-year undergraduate daytime program. Students from other academic programs who have registered for Sports Day events but are not included in the full-day class suspension must apply for leave individually under the category of official leave.

Ⅱ.All master's classes in the day program are required to attend the opening ceremony (first and second sessions) of the Sports Day. However, attendance at the closing ceremony (seventh to eighth sessions) is not required.

Ⅲ.Teachers scheduled to teach during these periods are requested to adjust their teaching schedules accordingly.

Ⅳ.Sports Day activities are considered part of the regular curriculum. Students unable to participate are required to complete leave procedures in advance.
