Three-University Alliance Courses 】

Ming-Chi University of Technology, Chang Gung University, and Chang Gung University of Science and Technology offer mutual access to each university’s courses, and credits are mutually recognized. If you are an MCUT student, then in addition to enrolling in MCUT courses, you can also enroll in courses at the two Chang Gung universities that are not offered at MCUT (c. 3000 different courses), and enroll in required courses for no additional charge (you must have already paid your current semester’s tuition and miscellaneous fees). Beginning in the 2017–2018 academic year, the three universities have established the inter-university course registration platform. If you’re interested in taking courses at MCUT’s two affiliated universities, go online and enroll via the inter-university course registration platform.

One way of getting to and from the two affiliated universities is to take a U-bike to the Taoyuan Airport MRT’s A6 Taishan Guihe Station, take the MRT to A7 National Sports University Station, then take a Ubike to your final destination. The one-way commute time is about 40–50 minutes. In order to save commuting time, MCUT and Chang Gung University began trial use of Real-time Video Courses during the 2018–2019 academic year. Video conferencing technology saves Tri-University Alliance students’ commuting time.  If you’re interested, click the link for more information on real-time video courses. (Link: Click here).
