有二種方式:

a. 申請人請將學生證正反面影印,至註冊組蓋在學證明章。

How can I apply for a certificate of enrollment in Chinese?

There are two methods:

a. Applicants should make a photocopy of both sides of their student ID card and have it stamped with the certificate of enrollment seal at the Registry Division.

如何辦理學分抵免?

每學期加退選結束前,填具「學分抵免申請書」,檢附歷年成績證明直接向所屬各系提出學分抵免之申請,以一次為限。

Students must fill in the Application for Credit Transfer and Course Waiver and submit the form together with the academic transcript over the years to apply for credit transfer and course waiver from their departments before the deadline for course change. Only one application for credit transfer and course waiver would be allowed.

請問要如何辦理休學?

1. 請先填寫家長同意書,經家長同意後,回到註冊組填寫離校程序單。離校程序單經各處室核准,即完成離校手續。

2. 新學期開始前,會通知復學,再請到註冊組辦理復學。

How do I apply for suspension from school?

1. Please complete the Declaration of Parental Consent. After obtaining the consent of your parents, return to the Registry Division to fill out the Application for Suspension, Withdrawal, and Resumption of Schooling. After it has been approved by all the divisions and offices indicated in the application, the suspension application will be completed.

2. Before starting a new semester, you will be informed of the resumption of studies process. You may come to the Registry Division to complete the resumption procedure.

如何確認畢業學分?

請以歷年成績單為準自行審查個人畢業學分,審查時請參照個人入學年之課程總表,以確認是否修足符合規定之畢業學分。如有問題,可持自行審查之歷年成績單紙本至註冊組確認。

How do I verify my graduation credits?

Refer to your course list for the academic year in which you enrolled, and check your graduation credits based on your transcript to confirm whether you have completed all the required graduation credits. If you need to confirm your credits, please bring the transcripts you've checked to Registry Division.

如何辦理畢業離校手續?

符合畢業資格者,應至校園入口網/學生資訊查詢系統/離校手續系統/查詢各項手續是否已完成,確認已完成後方得領取畢業證書;若尚有未完成之項目,請務必於前二日內完成。

How do I apply leaving procedures for graduation?

If you are eligible for graduation, you should login to the MCUT Portal/Student Information Inquiry System/Leaving Procedure to check if all procedures have been completed before you can receive your diploma. If you have any unfinished procedures, please complete them within two days before you receive the diploma.

3. 證書補發製作為每月月底辦理,如有急需,可申請臨時畢業證明。

For foreign students, please fill out the payment slip, then bring the completed payment slip to the cashier on the first floor of the Educational Building to pay the NT$100 fee.

2. Return to the Registry Division on the third floor of the Educational Building to complete the procedure. The application form, a copy of the front and back of the ID card (foreign students should attach their passport), and two 2x2-inch photos must be attached to the application.

3. Re-issuance of graduation certificate would be processed at the end of each month. In case of urgent need, you can apply for a provisional graduation certificate.

如何申請臨時畢業證明?

How do I apply for a provisional graduation certificate?

You should apply for a re-issuance of graduation certificate first, then pay the NT$10 fee at the cashier on the first floor of the Educational Building and return to the Registry Division on the third floor of the Educational Building. Bring a 2x2-inch photo to complete the procedure. The provisional graduation certificate will be issued immediately once the procedure has been completed.

教務系統上畢業學分有誤,我差幾學分可以畢業? 系統仍在補足,可以拿歷年成績單及課程總表審查已完成學分,可以人工幫你審查。

You can have your credits manually reviewed by providing your past academic transcripts and course history to ascertain the completed credits required for graduation.

大學部學生修研究所的課程算入畢業學分嗎? 大學部學生選修研究所課程之學分及分數列入當學期學業成績及畢業學業成績計算。但不計入畢業學分。
Do undergraduate students' credits for courses taken at the graduate level count toward graduation credits? Credits and grades earned by undergraduate students in graduate-level courses are included in their current semester academic scores and overall academic scores but do not count toward graduation credits.

每學期修課學分規定?

每學期選課上限為27學分(三年級下學期上限為32學分),一至二年級不得少於16學分,三至四年級不得少於9學分。

加退選結束後一個星期內至課務組填寫課程退選證明,確認無誤後將申請單繳交至生輔組註銷曠課。

如何學期中申請課程停修?

For third year students, the application time is the 8th and 9th week of the first semester of their third year. For other students, the application time is from the 10th to 11th week of the semester. Please come to the Curriculum Division to apply.

如何申請校際選課?

學生至外校校際選課以該學期本校未開設之課程為限,並應於本校選課開始至加退選課程截止日期內辦理,學生應填寫校際選課申請表申請。

 

How do I apply for intercollegiate course selection?

MCUT students may only take courses at other institutions if such courses are not offered at the university in that semester. The inter-university course selection process shall be completed from the start of course pre-registration to the final day of the course add/drop period set by the university. Students should fill out the inter-school course selection application form to apply.

符合資格者得於本校碩士班加退選期間,填具預修碩士班課程申請表,檢附相關佐證資料並完成申請流程。

 

How do I apply for the Advanced Placement in the Master’s Program?

During the course add-drop period of the master’s programs, qualified students may submit the Application for Taking Master’s Program Courses and with relevant supporting details to apply for registration.

調補課申請?

教師臨時申請調課時請於三天前,事後補課請於銷假上課後三天內提出,均由各系(所)辦理。請至教務系統申請

 

Transfer class application?

Teachers should submit an application three days before the class transfer date, and make-up classes should be submitted within three days after the class transfer application, which will be handled by each department and institute. Please go to the educational affairs system to apply.

如何領取加退選單?

加退選結束後,人數已達上限時,請至課務組填寫加選單,核簽完成後於規定期限內繳交至課務組。

 

How do I receive the add-on and opt-out menu?

After the addition and withdrawal of courses, if the class limit has been reached, come to the curriculum division to fill out the addition form, and submit it to the Course Affairs Group within the deadline after verification and approval.

暑期修課費用?

暑修繳費以授課時數計算,每1小時應繳費1,278元,例如課程A為1學分3小時,則暑修繳費金額為1,278x3=3,834元。

The payment of the summer courses is calculated by the number of hours, and the cost is NTD$1,278 per hour. For example, if course A is 1 credit and 3 hours, and the total cost would be NTD$1,278x3=NTD$3,834.

The curriculum division provides whiteboard markers and whiteboard erasers used in regular classrooms. You may come to the 3rd floor of the teaching building.

請問就讀明志的學生住宿是所有學生都可以住嗎?

大一、大二是優先住宿;大三實習會住在校外,如校內實習可以申請校內;大四則是自由申請住宿~

Are the dormitories available for all students?

Freshmen and sophomores have the priority to register for accommodation; juniors will not be provided with dormitories unless they participate in internship on campus, in which case they can apply for the dormitories. Senior students can apply for accommodation if they choose to do so.

請問偏遠合作學校獎助學金是只要從你們所認定的偏遠學校畢業就有減免嗎?

是的! 凡於本校所認定的偏遠合作學校畢業並就讀本校,且不符合教育部所補助更優惠之補助,即可享學雜費減免。

Does the university grant scholarship or tuition deduction to all students who graduated from remote schools recognized by the university?

Yes! Students graduated from remote cooperative schools that MCUT recognizes will get tuition and miscellaneous fees waiver, if they don’t get any subsidies from the Ministry of Education given that they study at MCUT.

請問偏遠合作學校獎助學金是可以一直領到畢業嗎?

是的! 只要學生不符合教育部所補助更優惠之補助,即可享學雜費減免,但要記得學生若延畢(大五)是不會享有補助的。

Is it possible to get remote cooperative schools scholarships though-out the entire period of my study?

Yes! As long as the students don’t get any subsidies from the Ministry of Education. They will get tuition and miscellaneous fees waiver, but students will not get the subsidy if they postpone their graduation into the fifth year.

請問榮譽學程獎學金的續領標準?

學生只要前一學期操性成績達80分以上、班排(系排)前30%即可續領。(大一下開始會有英文門檻)

What are the renewal conditions of the Honors Program Scholarship?

Those applying must maintain a conduct grade of more than 80, plus being in the top 30% in their classes or departments based on their academic grades in the previous semester. English requirements would take effect starting the second semester of the first year.

請問明志科大的交通方便嗎?

離本校最近的捷運站是中和蘆洲線的丹鳳站。從丹鳳站,您可以乘坐公車637、638、801、880至明志科技大學站;或從乘坐桃園機場捷運至泰山貴和站,以步行方式或公車至明志科大。

Is it convenient to get to MCUT?

The nearest MRT station to our school is Danfeng Station on the Zhonghe-Xinlu Line. From Danfeng Station, you can take buses 637, 638, 801 or 880 to Ming Chi University of Technology Station. On the other hand, you can also take Taoyuan Airport MRT to Taishan Guihe Station, and walk or take a bus from there to MCUT.

You can click on the application link on the Honors Program Scholarship page of the school’s admissions information website to apply. For the master’s program, please go to the Admissions Team of the Academic Affairs Office to fill out the paper applications during working hours.
